Authentic Harmony was founded by Zahir Abrahams, a qualified massage therapist and 6th-generation proud resident of Bo-Kaap and operates from his classic Bo-Kaap home.
After years of training and practical experience in Thailand and India, he came home with a vision — to create a space for intentional, restorative wellness that respects both people and place.
Unlike commercial studios that treat massage as a luxury, Authentic Harmony sees it as care: for the body, mind, and spirit.
Every treatment is guided by a holistic philosophy where intuition and technique are equal players.

I use a combination of Ayurverdic and Thai massage techniques as well a knowledge of meridian points and holistic anatomy focused on your individual needs. The treatment can be focused on body work as well as relaxation for both health and relaxation.
